Improved the lists.

Improved the directory. Now you can always get back to the root.

Improved the list listings. They now include a snippet of the description if the space allows for it. In addition, the tool tip will show the entire name of the list (if the name has been shortened or if no description exists) or the entire description.

Added a function for deleting the account. It can be found in 'Settings'. Use with caution since it can't be undone.
