GSKeepAlive is a small sys tray application which was developed in order to keep, for example, VPN connections from timing out.
This is a real simple application though, and its only mission is to update the screen when running, for instance, Terminal Services or VNC. It has a number of time intervals (1, 5, 10, 30 and 60 seconds) to set the update rate, and it has as a pause function as well.
